Meditation and prayer brings people into contact with their inner potential and helps us to define our purpose in life. The conscious practice of meditation makes us aware of who we are and why we think like we do.

Prayer is the way we communicate with God and learn of his plan and direction for us. Many people only pray at times of distress or out of need. However, prayer is needed daily in order to give you direction on each and every path of your life.
